If you are an individual, charity, small to medium sized business with a need to sell tickets, bookings or physical goods through your own existing web site these plans are suited to you. Web Site Not Included.
Do I Need a Credit Card To Continue Using The Service After
Trial Period Finishes?
You will need a Credit Card, Debit card such as MasterCard or VISA, or PayPal account to make a payment into your Pre Pay Account to keep your account in credit and your checkout open.
Pre Pay Account
When you sign up we open an Pre Pay account for you. This Pre Pay Account is available through your Merchant Control Panel.
After your your Free 30 Day Trial
has finished and you are ready to start using your shopping cart you may make a
payment into your Pre Pay Account. You may make payments into your
account using any major Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal. When there
are any charges to pay - such as for when your shopping cart is open - we
take this charge from your Pre Pay Account balance.
All payments into your Pre Pay Account are refundable. You may request refund of any remaining funds on your account, less an administration charge of £20.00 GBP, which also covers the transaction charge our merchant bank providers charge us.
What If I Exceed My Maximum Number of Orders Allowance in a Month?
Your shopping cart and checkout will continue to operate as normal with no restriction. You will need to be switched to the higher plan and charged at the higher plan rate. There will be no interruption to your customers while this switch happens.
