Our shopping cart software includes an integrated shipping calculator with support for multiple customer shipping/delivery options. Shipping calculation can based on shopping basket value, shopping basket weight or set to a fixed shipping rate

Each time a customer checkout on your web site they can be presented with a list of delivery options for the goods they are about to purchase. These delivery options (e.g. Next day delivery, International 5 day delivery) can be setup and changed by you the merchant anytime. Each delivery option can then be made available to customers in xyz location.

Sales tax (e.g. VAT) can also be applied to delivery charges if required.

International Shipping Features

Set up specific shipping options for a single country or group of countries. Depending on which shipping country your customer wishes their goods shipped to determines which shipping option is displayed to the customer.

Split Orders via Multiple Shippers

Split the shipping of a single order via multiple shipping companies. Each order tracking detail is then entered against the order, which is instantly made available to your customers via your Customer Service Portal included with all Go Ecommerce packages.

Customer Shipment Tracking via Customer Service Portal

Your customers may track their shipments by your customers logging into your Customer Service Portal (located on the secure server) using their log in details. Here they may click on 'My Orders' to review the progress of any of their orders with your business. Any order updates done by yourself via the Merchant Control Panel will be instantly visible to your customers via your Customer Service Portal.
