Pre Pay Top Up Account
Once you sign up we will open a Pre Pay Top Up Account for you.
We ask to ensure you web shop checkout never closes you keep your Top
Up account in credit ready to cover any successful sale transaction
charges if your web shop makes any sales. Minimum payment is £5.00 GBP (British Pounds Sterling).
At the end of your billing cycle month we total up the successful sales
your web shop has completed, we calculate our transaction charge and
deduct this from your Top Up Account. So transaction charges are
charged in arrears at the end of the billing month.
If you are on a paid monthly service charge plan this will be deducted from your Pre Pay Top Up Account in advance at the start of the month's billing cycle.
All Top Up payments into your Top Up Account are fully refundable (less the commission charge our merchant bank will charge us which is typically around 2-3%) so if for whatever reason you wish to suspend or close your web shop you may request a full refund of any remains funds on your account. It is your money after all!
Why Do We Charge A Transaction Fee?
Calculating part of the monthly charge based as a commission on
your successful sales ensures that we, the service provider to
you, focus our efforts to ensure you achieve those sales. This
also enables a low cost start to creating and running your new
eshop web site.
We do not believe in large up front costs for individuals or businesses to start selling online. Too many businesses are being charged large upfront design and build costs just to get a ecommerce web site started. We prefer to provide a working eshop for a low cost, enabling you to concentrate on building your business at this important early stage.
