Yes. You may use any domain name with your Online Shop. You will need to send a request to your Domain Registrar (usually the company your domain name was purchased from) to point this domain to our system. Full details are available within your Merchant Control Panel.

You can change layout, styling and content of your online shop using your Merchant Control Panel. This depends on what payment gateway service you are using and the country you payment service account is in - usually you can sell to customers using the following credit cards - MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, VISA, VISA Electron, American Express, Discover and more.
To sell online, if you wish to accept credit/debit card payments, you will need a way you can get your customers credit card payments to your bank account. You will need a payment gateway account.
One option is to use PayPal which offers your customer excellent security and also the option to buy from your web shop with or without using their credit card. Once you have created your merchant account with PayPal you can enter these details into your Merchant Control Panel and your Checkout will be connected to PayPal immediately - simple!
Yes. Our shared commerce server uses 128bit encryption for communication between our secure server and you or your customers when dealing with private or financial data.

Yes we do. This is part of all services plans.
No. We are not a payment gateway, payment processor or aquiring bank. We provide to you an ecommerce website and if you need it an ecommerce server to allow your customers to make secure payments on your website.
If you wish to continue using the service after your free trial finishes simply make a payment into your Go Ecommerce account from within your control panel using any major credit or debit card (for example VISA, MasterCard etc). After your free trial finishes, service charges are taken each month from your Go Ecommerce account. You may make a payment into your account for any amount and at any time so long as it is above the minimum payment (currently £10 in June 2012).
