Yes you can. We will help you with any migration.
We will need your shops data such as products and categories sent to us in a suitable format such as an Excel spreadsheet or a CSV file. We are open to working with other formats if it suits you. We will personally help you get up and running. You are not alone!

Yes you can. You can open as many estore web sites as you wish (within reason!).
Who can use the service?
Anyone. Individuals, Small - medium sized retailers, EBay sellers, Start-Ups.
Do I need to know HTML?
No you do not. All the hard work for your online store or shopping cart has already been done for you. You can change presentation of the web site via your Merchant Control Panel and change the look of text with in-built WYSIWYG editors.
If you sign up for an online store, you may also change the design of your online store by customising the web site templates
Can I open more than one shopping cart or online store?
Yes, you may open as many shopping carts or online stores as you like (within reason!)
Is there a restriction on the size of my online store?
Unlike some service providers, there is no restriction to the size of your online store or shopping cart for all plans. Sell as many products as you like at no extra charge! No
restrictions.
We want you to add as many products as you wish to sell. We do
not place any restriction on the number of products you wish to
sell, or force you to upgrade to a high cost plan.
How do I take credit cards on my shopping cart?
The secure checkout pages come pre-integrated with Payment Gateways such as PayPal to allow you to take credit card payments securely from your customers. If you do not already have, sign up for a Merchant Account with
one of our compatible Merchant Account & Payment Gateway
providers.

Is my online store or shopping cart secure?
Yes. Our shared commerce server uses 128bit encryption for communication between our secure server and you or your customers when dealing with private or financial data.

Why do you charge commission?
Our job is to bring you sales, not just to host
your web site.
Charging commission means we get paid when you get paid.
This ensures our effort is focused on your sales. As we wish for your online business to succeed online we will not charge anything until you make a successful sale through your online shop. Only then we will only charge for each successful sale.
What is the URL of my online store?
You will immediately be given free of charge an internet address

When you are ready you can easily replace this with your own
internet address of
http://your-eshop-name.com
What currencies does the shopping cart support?

Do you send my customer an order confirmation email?
Yes we do. This is part of all services plans.
Do you sell domain names?
No we do not. You will need to purchase this yourself. This
gives you full control over what you wish to do with your domain
name. Some merchants may want to use part of their domain name
for their ecommerce website, for example only using
http://shop.mywebsite.com/ we can help you set this up for free.
Do you provide merchant accounts or payment processing?
No we do not. We are not a payment gateway, payment processor or aquiring bank. We provide to you an ecommerce website and if you need it an ecommerce server to allow your customers to make secure payments on your website.
I already have a domain name www.your-estore-name.com, can I use this with my new online store created here?
Yes. All you would need to do is tell the service provider of
your domain name you wish to transfer this domain to a new IP
address - our Go Ecommerce web server. We will assist with the
details.
How much commission do I have to pay for each sale?
We charge a small commission 0.5%. That's it.
Will I be charged if I want to close the online store or shopping cart?
No charge. Just say you want to close your shop
and we will take it offline. We will keep a copy of the shop if
in the future you wish to re-open it. Any time, just switch it
on, switch it off, pick it up, throw it away, pick it up again!
Will I be charged for the online store or shopping cart even if I do not use it?
No charge for the shopping cart basic plan or online store starter plan. You only pay a service fee when you make a successful sale.
All payments are made through your Top Up Pre Pay account. All you need to do is ensure your Pre Pay account is in credit so at the end of each month the total successful sales transaction charge will take from your account. If you make no sales, we take no transaction charge.
If you are not on the starter plan you will be also charged the monthly fee for that plan.
